THE FALL: INNOCENCE & DESPAIR

This is our first one shot episode! We’re taking a break in between our seasons to spend some quality time with our favourite pieces of media and see what lessons we can learn when we treat them as sacred texts. To kick things off, we’re watching the film The Fall together through the themes of innocence and despair.

This episode was recorded on 10 April 2021.

There are lots of different types of therapy out there and it can take a while to find something that helps. Same goes for finding a therapist. Don’t give up if the first one doesn’t take! Here is some advice for shopping for a therapist.
